REGENCY - COMFORTER

I found Ellis after a search to find a replacement comforter for a bedroom set that I had ordered many years ago. The dog had torn a section. I found the pattern at Ellis, however, they were out of stock at the moment. I emailed the company website not expecting to hear anything at all. Well. The next business day I had an email from one of the owners. He had just gotten 3 and if I called (and he provided a direct number) they would be able to get it to me that day. I called and spoke with Deb from their incredible customer service team. The comforter was shipped and is now where it belongs. I am a customer for life - would never shop elsewhere.
