Tier panels uneven
When hung, the pair of panels are half inch off in center of rod and the difference is so bad looking, I have hemmed them by hand!

Stacey Tailored Tiers
These tiers provided the look I wanted. Bright white and sheer enough for my bathroom to look bright yet still private. There is a deep hem that is rare to find. The 4 rating was due to the quality of the fabric.
